Willow Campground

Great fishing spot inside Brennan Island campgrounds. Today was a busy day. I was only there for fishing but looked like every camp site was occupied. Great weather for camping if you enjoy the heat!!

We always have a great time. Whole family came up this time with awesome friends of our family with their children. Awesome trip. Temp reached over 100, but we stayed cool in the river. Nice trip overall.

주말에 이곳에서 1박을 하였습니다 조용하고 깨끗합니다 직원분들은 친절하고 기분 좋게 반겨 주셨습니다 화장실 내부 세면대가 고장 난 곳이 있긴 하지만 외부 세면대가 있어 불편하지 않게 잘 이용 했습니다 캠핑 사이트에는 둥근 화로대와 피크닉 테이블이 있습니다 캠핑 사이트에 풀이 좀 길게 자라 있었다는 유일한 아쉬움이었습니다 아마 봄이라 생명력이 넘치는 시기였나 봅니다

This is our second time here over the past 2 years. We reserved a few spots for our windsurfing group. It is spacious and clean with plenty of trees scattered about. It’s a little nicer by the river and less nosy; on the street side, the noise of the traffic is non stop. There are 3 or 4 facilities along the campground; during our stay, due to Covid-19, the showers were closed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall, it’s still a lovely place to camp and reasonably priced.

Great camp host. KAT, Susan, and the other host are great people. The campground was very quiet, with beautiful evenings. Stayed 5 nights of peace and unwinding from stress.

July 2024, almost all spots are far from water. If you want to look at the place to check out a spot, you can't go in to look. If you don't know the place don't risk reserving a bad spot where the sun will hit you all day without trees around for shade. The women running the campground barely know the place or the rules. Wanted to stay for a few hours with the $10 day pass but had to pay the $36. Even when paying the full $36 to stay the night, you are denied entry to check out the spots available. They give you whatever spots they want. There isn't enough trees for shade and the grass is super dry, so be careful during the summer as it gets way too hot. Day pass is only available for those who bring a tent. If you bring a trailer you'll have to pay the whole $36, even if you just want to stay for a few hours (without water or electricity). To dispose of gray water, $8. Bathrooms available but very dirty, you pay to shower. No fire or charcoal. If you go to this place you'll have to be aware of some disappointments.

Still haven't caught any fish...maybe it has something to do with the big ass sea-lion
