Loved the room the building and the location. It’s close to the train station and an easy walk to the town centre. The staff are helpful and interested in your stay. A good cafe and bus stop right out front of the building. I stayed three nights and would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Verona.

We stayed here two nights, and enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and as pictured. However, the front desk was always empty, we communicated with the staff solely via whatsapp for the two nights we were there. The location is a little off the beaten path as well, it's about 10 minutes to get to the city centre area where all the shops and sightseeing is. But along that walk in, there are really great restaurants. It's also a 10 minute walk from the train station so that was convenient for us.

In April 2025 myself and a friend booked 2 rooms for 4 nights at Verona Enjoy! hotel in central Verona to explore the region as tourists. The hotel was a great choice and most enjoyable and slick in many respects. The booking through the Google Maps link site was effortless and uncomplicated and the rooms represented great value.

Prior to arrival Giorgia (manageress) from the hotel sent a host of useful information on WhatsApp all about entering the property after hours and how to get into the rooms etc. This was most helpful, not only that, but there were links on the document to things like the Wi-Fi code and the air conditioning instructions. It was super helpful as indeed was she throughout our stay.

The hotel generally was great value. The room was very spacious with good storage and a lovely ensuite shower and WC. Everything was spotlessly clean and the large queen size bed was super comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well and the room had AC and cable TV.

There was a small problem with my room door entry system, the electronics of which the hotel couldn't have fixed by themselves. The unit had an electronic fault and by the sounds of it that would have needed the installer to revisit the property. However, Giorgia did her utmost to mitigate the problem and make it so that it didn't interfere with our stay to any great extent.

The location of the hotel on a bus route two stops from a railway station and approximately a 15-minute walk to the arena is really first class and is a great place to stay if visiting both Verona and the region in general. We booked on a room only basis and used a popular café just two doors away that was also excellent.

All in all the hotel was a very good place to stay while visiting the area and the manageress Giorgia was so very helpful that I can recommend any visitors to stay here. If I were visiting again I would look no further than this excellent budget hotel.

My wife and I were really satisfied our stay here. The rooms were spacious with the kitchen and the balcony. The lady at the reception was friendly and informative. Everything was very good about this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised when arriving. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. There is no elevator so be prepared for the 15 or maybe more steps you have to climb to enter. Access is with a door code provided to you. There was no one at the desk when we arrived but they returned within 5 minutes. We were given a key card and shown to our room and shown how to open the door and use the key card to keep the lights on. The room was clean and well prepared when we arrived and the a/c worked really good! Complimentary water was in the refridge. The towels and linens were of good quality and the bed was comfortable for us. The mattress is firm and we prefer that. We did not use the terrace of kitchen area. The hotel is well situated for walking to all the main attractions in Verona. And we did walk to all. Another review was very critical of the noise. We did not have that experience! Yes you can hear some street noise. You could hear the thunderstorm. And, yes you could hear talking in the adjoining room, but it was not loud enough to understand the conversation. and not loud enough to disturb sleep. I've stayed in a lot of hotels for a lot more money that had more noise that Verona Enjoy. I'm 75. If I live long enough to go back to Verona, I would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Short walk to the historical centre and there’s plenty of food options nearby. Our room was upgraded - thanks! Everything was clean and tidy, comfortable. We had no problems. Fast wifi.
