Io e mia moglie abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere questo B & B del quale ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. La stanza da letto e il bagno ad essa adiacente sono confortevoli completi di ogni comfort, dal climatizzatore, al frigo in camera, al gran televisore, al Wi-Fi e all’ampio bagno. La cucina a disposizione degli ospiti è completa di tutto, senza trascurare i dettagli per una ricca colazione e uno spuntino. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Arredamento moderno con la massima cura per l’igiene. Ma ancor di più la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari del quale ne siamo rimasti particolarmente entusiasti. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte. Che dire… mai vista un’accoglienza del genere. Posto bellissimo, camera meravigliosa, stanza per la colazione attrezzata con la cucina ed ogni elettrodomestico a disposizione. Tutto nuovissimo e curato nei minimi particolari. Torneremo sicuramente. Fantastica scoperta. Grazie di tutto e buon lavoro.

Ho girato tanti B&b ma come questo non ne ho mai visti.. cura minima di ogni dettaglio, bellissimo arredamento molto elegante. La marcia in più la mette Luiza con la sua dolcezza e disponibilità per ogni richiesta. Colazione super ricca dolce e salata e stanze pulitissime torneremo sicuramente grazie di tutto! Good experience. Nicely renovated rooms with modern appointments and good mini-split A/C and heating, plenty of USB and electrical outlets. Louisa is a nice host and even offered to have husband take our party of four and luggage to the cruise port. Possible improvements: toilet does not flush clean every time, could use large fixed or fold-up tables or benches to lay luggage, not enough hooks in bathroom, the only garbage can located in the bathroom is too small, and no A/C in kitchen/dining room.

We stayed here the night before our cruise. Really nice room and bathroom. There is one main door into the suites, we were told not to lock it and to just close the door when we leave to go out. Unfortunately we got back that night and another person staying here had locked the main door so we had to wait on the stairs outside. We contacted the owners who came straight up and the lock had to be cut off. Other than that excellent stay and the owners kindly dropped us to the port the next morning.

Host Louisa is wonderful. Always ready to answer questions and help make sure you have a wonderful stay. Shower is great with Rainfall, waterfall and hand held shower heads. Totally updated. A supply of basic things like travel toothbrushes, slippers, stocked refrigerator in room with drinks and snacks. In addition the 3 apartments share a breakfast room. Stocked with milk, deluxe coffee machine, fresh squeezed orange juice maker and a big assortment of cheese, meat, bread and cakes. Great value. it's one floor upstairs around 26 steps. They even carried my luggage upstairs. We highly recommend.

I stayed here 2 nights between cruises from Rome( Civitavecchia). I booked this in order to avoid going into Rome and returning in 2 days (paid 125 American from airport for first cruise). I can’t say enough good things there are stairs, I am 72 and use a cane, no problem my bags were carried for me. In the breakfast room I had a table set with my room number, a shelf in the fridge with my name very well stocked with yoghurt cheese, prosciutto milk drinks etc, Also had a cute basket of snacks on my table for my use. Oranges and juice press available Coffee/express machine microwave available room always open. Also had a small refrigerator in my room with water coke and beer plus snacks. My room was immaculate the shower had a built in seat with a waterfall shower plus a hand held wand. Large screen tv, great air conditioning, comfortable bed and small balcony with table and chairs. I have paid twice the price for other B&Bs and gotten half of the services. The owner came when I could t open my safe, to my embarrassment my wallet was stuck in the door. This was on a Sunday and he came from home in 15 minutes. Smiling and telling me no problem. A ride to the port was offered for free along with carrying my bags down the stairs. I know I will be cruising from this port again and will be booking before and after nights with this great B&B|Can’t say enough positive things about my experience.
