For this price you can't have anything better in the area. Old school hotel, mattress a bit hard, but overall comfortable. Friendly service and not a bad breakfast available.

Room was clean and it wasn't too noisy.

We didn't have the chance to try pool or sauna because it was a short stay.

from the outside the hotel is refurbished and cosy, has nice green area with swimming pool, sauna, laces for rest. many terraces, the receptionists are helpful - be aware that it seems they speak Italian and French only.
there is an option to pay for extra breakfast and it's nice (not only sweet things which is rare in Italy).
the rooms and bathrooms are a bit old for this price. air conditioning works, but is not super fast or modern.

Paid almost 100 euro for a triple room without breakfast. If you want to have breakfast there you need to pay 6 euro each person but we do not convinced so because nothing special there. Room was small but I don't have problem with the size but very very bad smell in the room. I couldn't tell if it was smell of mold or old. Bathroom was full of mold. Peeling wall with mold under which so disgusting. Imagine you have to breath for all the night there. Very very thin wall. You will hear everything from people figure out how to open the door, talking, coughing, elevator, slam the door. Had to wait until 01:30 am so I can sleep. Glad we booked only a night. Only good thing about this place is the fire on lobby.

Nice rustic hotel!
Small pool and cosy lobby. The perfect spot for a stop over to south of Italy.
The dinner restaurant was great. The fixed menu got changed for us on the fly due to our allergic constraints.
Great customer focus!!!

The worst hotel we have ever experienced!!

The air conditioning did not work during the heat wave (around 40 degrees). The owner called us several unacceptable things and refused to give us another room. When we indicated we wanted to check out we did not even get our money back. So we left the hotel after the first night and booked another hotel for the rest of our vacation. They now state at booking.com that the air conditioner is functional and new while we have a picture of the remote control showing that it is an air conditioner that has been around for quite a while (basically just old and worn out) and they again refuse to refund the money. Worst of all, after we checked out, they offered the room again on booking.com and thus made double profit.

Do not book this hotel!!!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. We travel a great deal around Italy and have not experienced such a friendly, homely place to stay. The staff couldn't be more helpful. This is the first hotel we have stayed for diner every night. (no need to look for restaurants with food of this quality) The food was fresh, tasty and plentiful, and great value at 15 euros each for a 4 course meal. I am a vegetarian and the cook went out of the way to cater for my needs. The facilities at the hotel are fabulous including swimming pool, sauna and gym. The best recommendation for any hotel is "would you go back" YES PLEASE! Great value for money, lovely place, looking forward to returning in the near future.

Unfair. Do not waste your time by going here. Pictures do not represent reality, trust the other reviews. The key can be used for all the rooms, so anybody can open your room. Hideous and toxic smell of mold and chlorine everywhere. The swimming pool looked like a health risk. The sauna didn't work.

The area around the hotel is very nice. The swimming pool area at the hotel looks nice. For me it is a con that the pool is inside. They gym is next the pool, the gear is probably around 30 years + old, looks bad, and everything is very dirty in the gym. They have showers and a changing area there. Wich I would never use due to a very dirty area and not private area for changing.||I liked the walking path above this pool and gym, it's a romantic path, but I think it goes on only for a couple of meters.||||The elevator is terrible. Takes forever, and it's very very small.||Old style hotel. Not very clean or modern. It's an okay low budget stay. The room wasnt good either, just enough for one night.||||This hotel is not near anything really.
