One Hotel - Dalmine, Province of Bergamo

My girlfriend and I stayed here in September, and we absolutely loved it. The hotel has such a warm, cozy atmosphere - you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The food was amazing - fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our stay felt truly special, and we’d love to come back someday.

Better avoid it…
This hotel was a huge disappointment. The exterior and the main hall look quite nice, but that’s about the only advantage. The air conditioning in all the rooms is permanently set to heating, and you can’t adjust the temperature or even turn it off! We called the reception, and although they promised to fix it, they did absolutely nothing.

There wasn’t even a glass or a kettle in the room.

However, the worst part for us was the food. It’s outrageous that in Italy — a country famous for its amazing cuisine — they serve overcooked frozen vegetables with a small slice of baked pork, completely unseasoned and bland. One dish was something like goulash (apologies to our Hungarian friends), but it was just chopped meat in a tasteless, pudding-like sauce.

Overall, this hotel is a complete waste of money and time.

All brand new top tier hotel! Very clean! Not far from Bergamo Center nor any of the airports. Very accommodating & excellent food! Home away from home.

The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. Everything you need is close by — the airport, highway, restaurant, and pharmacy. The restaurant serves great food at reasonable prices.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to help.
Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.

I was very pleasantly surprised. the rooms are clean. fresh and newly renovated.
Also this hotel has its own restaurant. the chefs who work there are real professionals. the food was amazing. the hotel is 10 minutes from Bergamo airport. i will come back here with pleasure!

I recently stayed at the one hotel with friends. Everyone really liked the hotel, the rooms are clean and renovated, the WiFi is good, the breakfasts are delicious with a large selection, the restaurant is also open for lunch and in the evening. The staff is very nice. I give it a well-deserved 5 stars!😍

I would like to mention the hotel One, where I have stayed for work more than once, as one of my favorite hotels. Convenient location, 10 minutes from the airport, comfortable cozy rooms with all amenities, friendly and helpful staff; varied, delicious breakfasts, dinner in the restaurant was great. Also, this hotel has a gym, which is very pleasing! I recommend everyone to stay here!

It's a average hotel in my opinion, my room had the basics and the bed was quite comfortable. I think the reading chair in the room can be made more comfortable by putting a soft covering on it. There was no body lotion among the complementary cosmetics kept in the bathroom.

Overall I think it is a comfortable place for short stays...
