owever; if issues were sought out and confirmed prior to Christmas day maybe it wouldn’t have been horrible. I checked out a day early and would’ve checked out immediately if there was something in town available. Room 217 was disgusting. The couch and chair are the first pieces of furniture you see. Both worn and filthy, the bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush, the tub has massive amounts of mold present. Apparently, that’s a “common thing” because the building is old. The room smelled musty and I wore a mask and refused to let my kids shower for fear of heating/ releasing mold spores (not sure if that’s how it works but needed to err on the side of caution). The bed had so much dog hair on it it was disgusting. I have pictures of everything. The front desk said it was a “mishap with the laundry.” Not sure what that even meant. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free. Caveat, housekeeping “fixed” the toilet because maintenance was off the day after Christmas. The woman said you had the pump the button repeatedly to fill up the water in the tank in order for it to flush. When I asked how would someone know that she replied “the building is old.” Again not sure what that meant. Spend a little extra and deal with the inconvenience of travel if you need somewhere to stay. Don’t stay here.

So far - great experience! Staff are very friendly. We arrived at 7AM and checkout was 4pm the same day. Staff did whatever they could to get us rooms. Rooms are very spacious with privacy, fridge, huge closets, nice view at the mountains! 🏔️! Food at the Dfac is good !

Good size room, especially for the price.
Bed was pretty stiff unfortunately. Would be nice if breakfast was an option.

Very spacious clean rooms. Not too bad to check in. Sometimes you get put across the street and might have to lug your luggage a football field away. Might want to have your sponsor meet you here if you are PCSing.

The manager was rude but the maids were super super friendly and helpful the view is amazing from room and conveniently close to the commissary / Exchange don’t have to go for for supplies.
