My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves here.

Even before our arrival, the staff were super helpful in providing information on getting to Livigno (we were travelling by bus from Milan).

The hotel itself is beautiful, warm, and immaculately maintained. We did not have any troubles with our room, which was very comfortable.

The spa area, with its saunas and jacuzzi, is such a great space to unwind and recover after a day of skiing.

All the staff we came across, from housekeeping, spa, reception, and restaurant, were friendly, and did such a great job.

Location-wise, there is a bit of give-and-take. It's a little far from the city centre, but it's literally a 2-minute walk to Carosello 3000. No complaints here either.

Special shout-out to the housekeeping staff, who gave us a spotless, neat, and tidy room to come back to every single day.

We chose Hotel Sporting Family Hospitality for a trip with friends and our toddlers for it's kid focus, and it was an incredible choice. I've never felt more compelled to return to a hotel for future stays. The service was some of the best I've ever experienced at a hotel. The staff were all SO nice and accommodating, particularly the front desk staff + Guido, and outstandingly, a server who I believe is named Vitaliy. Vitaliy seemed to work everywhere at all hours of the day, and he provided impeccable, personalized, amazing service! Thank you so much Vitaliy for making our stay extra memorable - you are the best! ||||In terms of amenities, the hotel had play rooms, an outdoor playground along with some bunnies!, and a kid's pool and water park, and lots of toys in the restaurant to entertain restless toddlers, as well as bibs they set out at the tables! They had so many items available to make a stay with babies the easiest and most comfortable it could be. And their laundry service was very very reasonably charged by the bag (which was sizeable!), instead of by the piece which I really appreciated since we were coming from a week of being somewhere else and desperately needed to do a bunch of laundry. It was also shockingly fast! But one of the best things was the free e-bikes equipped with baby seats. We stayed off-season and the scenery was gorgeous. We biked to the lake and to the gondola, and around/into town. We also took a really lovely lakeside hike. The hotel also had a very nice tasting menu restaurant inside so that we could put our kids to sleep and walk a few paces over to have a really lovely adult dinner! ||||Also, the food we had in Livigno was all really, surprisingly good. My only complaint is that the hours are VERY set for meal times, making it hard to feed our toddlers earlier for both lunches and dinners to accommodate nap and bedtimes. ||||Anyways, love this hotel; love Vitaliy; loved our time in Livigno!

Beautifully situated hotel. Cuisine excellent. Rooms very pleasant, clean, comfortable, and cozy (we stayed in spacious room 41, nicely furnished, with a beautiful and comfortable bathroom, ample wardrobes, a kettle, coffe, tea, refrigerator, minibar with water and beverages, safe, and a small terrace with a beautiful view – we even had a backpack included, which was very useful for our trips). Pleasant SPA area. Most importantly, however, the staff is exceptional, very welcoming, smiling, and always willing to help, always taking the time to provide assistance and information. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Very high quality of service, excellent food - very refined and made with good ingredients, superb breakfasts and delicious dinners. Very clean, many amenities and incredibly friendly staff, very helpful but not intrusive, you can really feel welcome, great SPA.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful hotel in Livigno. Everything was truly amazing from start to finish. The half-board dining experience was beyond anything we’ve had before — Michelin-level cuisine every evening that made each meal a highlight of our day. Compliments to the chef and team for such impeccable quality!||||||||The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from the Carosello ski lift, which made our ski days incredibly easy and convenient.||||||||We want to give special thanks to Mirel and Antonio, whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel right at home. Fantastic hotel with all the facilities needed for a good holiday.||Situated in an ideal location, right next to the ski lift - great value, especially with children.||Large spa facilities - separate for adults, separate for children. Playroom for teenagers. Tasty breakfasts - especially fresh croisants and pistachio cream:)||Rooms clean and very functional - a big plus - cleaning cloth for shoes.||Very friendly, smiling and helpful staff. I recommend wholeheartedly this hotel!!!||

Beautiful hotel on the excellent location. Everything you could think about of is accessible in the hotel. Is incredibly well taken care of the childrens. the food is excellent.Staff is friendly. They still think about leaving and point out the opening time of the tunnel. It will be difficult for us to visit another hotels, as the standard is set too high.
