The rooms were not clean. Worst breakfast in italy for 20euros. Breakfast was in a dark and dingy room. Staff were miserable. Rooms were not clean. They couldnt even provide proper toilet paper and use a brown recycled one that I havent seen since the Victorian era. Signs everywhere with rules and regulations..I should have been paid to stay there! I won't even comment on the spar..

We loved our stay at Hotel Mamiani Urbino
It was very close to the lovely adriatic coast of Pesaro (Valluloga)
and just far enough away from Urbino proper to find complete tranquillity.
The spa also infused us with serenity.
Oh ...
The pizza in the restaurant was fabulous...
Highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Urbino and vicinity

For a European hotel, the room was gigantic! This hotel feels like a spa for locals more than for tourists. We have only seen locals in the restaurant, which is always a great sign that you are eating in the right place. The Urbino center is about a 40 minute walk, or a 10 minute cab ride, but the valley view is worth the distance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! The spa is amazing, and the attached restaurant is fantastic too!

The room we had was basic and comfortable. To be considered a 4 star hotel the bathrooms are in need of updating. The staff were hard working, friendly and helpful. The spa was very nice. Breakfast had lots of options and the restaurant had some of the best bread I’ve eaten in Italy. I would recommend this hotel. It is not however, walking distance to city center unless you want to walk for over 30min.

We spent the weekend of August the 18th we bought a very good package that included the spa and massage. breakfast and dinner, my wife was very pleased with massage therapist lady.|Monday the 21st at check-out i realized that i was. Charged for the small water bottles that the housekeeping stuck in room refrigerator. 2 euro each one. We thought were free. and the waitress. at dinner also charged my room by mistake. Check your final bill at check out, otherwise takes long time to have the money back to your account. like it happened to me.|The rooms were spacious and spotless, and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was good, with a good variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.|the restaurant menu is small but covers appetizer. And main |course, some items like the steak have a few euros as extra copayment and for the dessert there is a better choice of pastry on breakfast buffets.|the hotel is far from the village. but if you don't have a car the city bus services are very good.

If you ever been in a run down hotel , although it doesn’t seems like it, sure feels like it. Old fashion keys, horrible hard mattresses ( better sleep on the ground) over pricey, smells of cigarettes. Room TV. Was size of my monitor computer at home. The at most worst was that the ac controlled by the hotel not allowing you to adjust, and it is shot down in the middle of the night were the room was like a 90 degrees .|In two words “” RUN AWAY”|Another thing DO NOT BOOK IT WITH BOOKING . When I wanted to leave after a night less sleep. The hotel insisted of me paying for the two nights although I stayed one night . They said it is BOOKING policy …. About contacting booking …. Don’t even try to.
