We were here with the UK’s HF Holidays. Accommodations fine, but food was atrocious, shameful to the tent that I will hate to tell friends. We hope HF will never use this hotel again.

The hotel is located 10 minutes from the center of Alberobello, the rooms are simple and clean. Towels are changed daily.
The beds have very good mattresses, the sound insulation is excellent. The breakfast was excellent, sweet and also continental (eggs, ham, cheese), fruit... The coffee from the coffee machine was very good, you can also get espresso coffee on request. Dinner was also very good, every day we ate a different meal specific to that part of Italy.
The hotel employees are very friendly and the owner of the hotel was present every day at the hotel, he even came to see us off.
The only two complaints would be the power switches in the room which were not cleaned well and the balcony doors and windows. The hotel has a nice garden with a swimming pool.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were so helpful and caring. Breakfast was very good with fruit and pastries in abundance. Spotless clean room, beds comfortable and bedding clean and crisp. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to other travelers for value and comfortable base in beautiful Alberobello..thank you

Pleasant stay

The only annoying thing was that we noticed the air conditioning did not work and we had to ask reception 4times to turn it on. They control it centrally through a computer and they turn it off during the day for some reason. The panel in your room does nothing. Very odd

Overpriced, but expected during august in this part of Italy

Besides that it was a nice stay with a clean and spacious room, nice bathroom, nice breakfast and pool.

We booked for two nights and we we drove up I had misgivings as the outside looked nothing like the pix.||But there is a lot very right about this hotel:||(1) Excellent location right on the cusp of the famous Trulli heritage houses. In fact, closer than where the tour buses bring day trippers! Convenient parking right in front of the hotel||(2) room was a good size, if a tad stark - ours looked out over the pool. Extra pillows in the closet. Bathroom also a decent size and a good shower. Air con only works when windows are closed - black out blinds were nice as it got light by 5:30 in June! Safe in room also good.||(3) The pool!!! This hotel is used by tour operators (a Japanese group one day, an English group another day when we were there) who seem to be rushed by the tour people in and out so no one was ever in the pool and it was wonderful on a hot day! Big enough for laps, perfect temp, lots of loungers. Do yourself a favor if you're coming in warm weather -make sure your pick has a good pool like this one!||(4) breakfast was the usual hotel buffet with cheeses, meats, baked goods, fruit, boiled eggs, yogurt... But you can sit inside or on the terrace which was very nice. (tour operators hussled tour groups out by about 8 so we had a quiet breakfast after that!)||(5) staff is friendly and helpful!||Seriously don't worry about the tour groups, they only seemed around for their early breakfast!||Great value for the town - I'd definitely stay here again!

This is our fourth visit to this hotel and it just gets better and better. The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is second to none. Breakfast is plentiful and good quality. Nothing is too much trouble for the pleasant staff, right from the owners through to reception, waiting staff and cleaners. The food (if you wish to have dinner or lunch) is very high quality and very reasonable in price with a good selection of wines.||There are well kept gardens and a large swimming pool. The hotel is 10 miutes walk from the centre of the Heritage town of Truli houses and also a good local rail link to several small towns in the area.

We had a really good sized room, with a small balcony - always great for drying clothes when on tour! Lovely bathroom. Fridge. Refreshing clean swimming pool. Breakfast good. Friendly helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and a great place to explore the amazing trulli houses. Easy walk to the centre where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Supermarket two doors down was most convenient.

This is a small, family owned hotel which is well equipped to support a relaxing stay. Many guests stayed just one or two nights as this hotel is really well situated to vista the Trulli of Alberobello. ||||We stayed a whole week and visited other areas, using the hotel as a base. The pool is really lovely and clean and there was never an issue getting a lounger; we sometimes had it to ourselves. ||||The rooms were of a good size, very clean and had everything we needed, including a small fridge which was really helpful. Good WiFi once we realised we could also use the hotel’s piscina (pool) WiFi (which was needed in the superior, garden view rooms).||||The hotel can cater to large tourist groups, but they sweep in quietly late at night, eat breakfast and leave early, so had little effect at all on guests staying around the hotel. Had no impact on us what so ever, (plenty of space & food at breakfast etc).||||We ate in the hotel restaurant each night and had breakfast every morning and I can’t rate the food or the waiters highly enough..... Fantastico! ....it really made our holiday. 😋||||Has good amenities near by... a wealth of restaurants, shops and cafe’s in beautiful 😍Alberobello (a 5-10 min stroll to the centre). Also has a small supermarket and cafe’s / pastry / ice cream shops very close by (check opening times as they have typical Puglian afternoon closing). ||||We had a couple of special requests during our stay and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Generally in the region, English is not always spoken, but we didn’t have any issues in Alberobello town and the staff at the hotel have great English. (We should learn Italian really- our fault). ||||Plenty of parking for cars.||||Puglia is generally a quiet, quaint area and a hire car is really a must for getting around as travelling from place to place would be tricky to negotiate without one. We loved the relaxing lazy days; not be an area if you like a very busy, sociable holiday with lots of things / entertainment for kids.
