We had a wonderful stay at the Gardea Soulfamily Resort. From start to finish everything was just perfect. The food was absolutely delicious - great variety! There was something for everyone to enjoy. The rooms were new, clean and beautifully designed with a spectacular view of the lake.

What really stood out was the customer service and how family friendly the entire resort is. The warm welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed. Our kids enjoyed the kids club and water slide!

We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you !

We had a very nice time there. Everything is new- The great architecture of hotel. The view from balcony is nice. Spa and heated pool is very clean and nice. Exceptional food and the very pleasant waiters! Recommened!

Perfect family destination! Every day here feels like an adventure, thanks to the kids’ club with new activities daily and even a baby service so parents can relax. Dinner is exceptional — not buffet-style, but a changing menu each night. Special shoutout to pastry chef Isabella for her amazing desserts, and to the wonderful staff, especially our friendly waiter Dennis and helpful receptionist Aurora.

The indoor swimming pool for little ones is a big plus. My only suggestions: the sauna is too hot without any cold-water options nearby, so it goes unused; a shaded playground would be great for hot days; a stroller and car seat rental and more toys/activities for babies under 10 months would make it even better.

Our stay was a wonderful experience. All the family enjoyed the facilities. The food was really tasty, both for the kids and adults. During the weekend the swimming pool was a little crowded, but we really enjoyed it before weekend. The location and the view are simply amazing.
We highly recommend the hotel and we will be back if we will have the opportunity. The kids received both welcome and goodbye gifts. We are always remembering Gardea when we are looking at them.

What an amazing hotel. Their website and the reviews don't convey some of the important small details about this hotel that make a family stay.

First and foremost, this is obviously a hotel for families. They prioritise the kids and that's amazing. The kids club is really good. They print the weeks itinerary that runs from Monday to Sunday so that you can see everything that is on. You can drop your kid/s at anytime without booking them in so it's so easy to pick and choose when you want some peace! There's lots for the kids to do so they don't get bored. Although I think a few more toys or activities might help for the times when there isn't a defined activity scheduled.

The pools are brilliant and it's generally easy to stay close to your kids and have an eye on them. They are of a good depth and slightly heated. The only negative is that the tiles on the inside are super slippery.

We thought the food was really good and it was nice to experience different types of Italian food. Make sure you like Italian food though as getting any other type of food is impossible with the exception of a couple of things on the kids menu. There was always plenty of choice at dinner but it would have been good to see a few other things at breakfast or a change of some things from day to day.

Finally the staff. They are incredible and so friendly. They are almost at the level of the friendliness of Fijian people and that is really saying something!

Great experience for a family with young kids (3 and 5yo). Everything is made for the parents and the kids to have a great time. The staff (at the reception/in the restaurant/bar, at the kids club) is amazing making the whole experience a success!|What I loved for my girls :|- the attentions that made the difference : welcome gift, kids bathrobes, bedtime stories left at the door each night, goodbye gift|- the kids facilities that made them play for hours : trampoline, child house, playroom, waterslide|- the kids club : big thank you to the girls (Matilde and Alessia?) that made our daughters feel very welcomed|What I loved for us :|- the location : close to the most beautiful part of the lake without the noise!|- the scenery/decoration/architecture of the hotel/garden/swimming pool area |- and the cocktails at the bar that are great!||For a next stay, I would love to have the option to eat in the garden in the evening. Specially as we were assigned one of the tables that do not overlook the garden. ||Thanks for all! We will be back!

This is a nice hotel. Our room was clean and modern with a lovely view of the lake. The pool area is really nice. The hotel is set up really well for kids. Ours had a fantastic time in the mini club where the staff are great with kids and there are plenty of interesting activities. Overall the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and the WhatsApp concierge service was excellent and very responsive. I’ve taken one star off because for us the food was really disappointing. Although it sounds good on paper and the presentation is done well, in our view the food was ultimately (and very consistently) lacking in flavour. Italian food is world renowned and we have had much better elsewhere so this was a real shame! If more attention could be paid to this area to bring it up to the standard at the rest of the hotel we would consider it to be closer to 5 star.

This was the best family hotels we've ever stayed in. Beautiful attention to detail for the kids. Heated pools were lovely on the cooler day's and the sun beds were really comfortable. We had the most amazing week as the kids had so much to keep them occupied, I actually returned feeling rested. All the staff were great, accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back!
