Borgo caratteristico

Située sur les hauteurs de Bellano, la résidence est jolie, l’appart très agréable, fonctionnel et très propre . La piscine est petite mais l’espace piscine est très sympa .|L’accueil et la disponibilité de Renata est au top .|Nous étions en rez de jardin et avions une jolie terrasse ; la vue sur le lac est incroyable . |Idéal pour être au calme après une journée de visite . |On prend le bateau à Bellano (parkings ok ; possible d’y descendre à pied (20mns) mais attention à la remontée 😅) pour visiter les merveilles du lac de Côme (Bellaggio, Come, les villas) et on prend le train pour Milan gare centrale (1h05) puis le métro (4 stations) pour le Duomo (1 journée suffit pour visiter les principaux sites) .|Je recommande (excellent rapport qualité / prix)

The appartment is new, clean, well equipped, with a large balcony and a stunning view over lake Como.||The owner is very friendly and helpfull! The pool is not large, but very clean! Deck chairs are free. Free wi-fi available.||Free public parking next to appartments, but probably in high season not enough parking spaces. The Borgo has a garage (not free of charge).||Bellano is a smaller, quieter town, but very nice to stay. Not far from Varenna to take the ferry across the lake. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

We stayed here for 10 days. The view of Lake como is stunning. The apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped. The real gem here for us was mrs Lidia the caretaker. She was the perfect host, we arrived late and were tired from the drive through spluga. She arranged for pizzas to be brought to us. She helped plan trips etc. We have never experienced a more forthcoming and welcoming host. The pool is not large but very clean and fresh. Highly recommended. Bring a Car though since the town of Bellano is down The mountainside and its a long Walk up.

Les appartements sont récents, spacieux et très bien équipés tant au niveau du mobilier, de la vaisselle et de l'electro-ménager. La literie est parfaite.|On peut, en cas de grosses chaleurs, prendre l'option Climatisation.|Au niveau de la résidence, elle est bien située sur les hauteurs de Bellano, ce qui donne une vue magnifique sur le lac. La piscine est très agréable, bien ensoleillée et avec transats et parasols.|Enfin, l'accueil est sympathique, disponible et professionnel.|Une belle résidence pour séjourner au bord du lac de Come.|

we had a 4/6 person appt. double and bunk beds. large balcony overlooking the lake. well equipped and spotlessly clean. Lydia the manger was fantastic and very helpful. location was about 20 minute walk down the hill and you could get a is back up. Bellano is a lovely town. ferry goes from the front across to other towns. great acess to mountains behind. would definitely recommend. pool was lovely- not massive but eough to cool down in. Made good use of free washing machine

the service provided, the clean, couzy rooms and the fantastic views of the mountains and the sea made it a 5-star - 2 weeks stay for us and our friends.||We had booked 2 apartments next to each other, and this worked out very fine for us.||We recomend having a car while staying at Borgo - primarly for buying stuff from the supermarket, as the walk up from the town is a good challenge, and u do not want to carry anything up those hills. There is free parking outside Borgo.||Every morning we walked down to the city in order to purchase fresh bread for breakfast.||Bellano is a nice old authentic town, with very few tourists compared to Veranna, Bellago or similar Como lake cities...||Beautiful Veranna is only a 7 km drive from the apartments, we reccomend booking a table for dinner in advance before going to Veranna.||we also used the car one day when it was raining, where we went 30 min. up north to a nice shopping center||The many pictures from the apartments does not do the apartments any justice - the rooms are very cousy and everything is clean and new. Borgo del Belanasc was build in year 2010, and still looks newly build.||The swimming pool is at the top of the main building, with amazing views to the mountains and the sea.||We and our friends will repeat our stay in a nearby future.

We staid at this place for 3 nights and liked the apartment and the staff there. Check in was friendly and introduction into the place complete. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and want except air condition. That was fine for us. Only small minus point is the small parking provided. But with some 300 meters walk there is a big parking available. Nice place for a relaxed stay.
