BnB squisito, servizi impeccabili, camere comodissime con spazio all'aperto,in centro e a due passi dal mare.

Fantastic. My wife and I stayed here for 7 days in September 2023 to explore this part of Italy. We were met by the owners on our arrival at the B&B who speak both Italian/English. They were absolutely superb. They explained how all the equipment (from the coffee maker to the shower unit) worked.The apartment was stunning, modern and spotless. It was furnished throughout to an extremely high standard. All our needs for our stay were catered for, with breakfast, prepared every morning by Andreas, one of the owners. Delicious!! It was a delight to sit out on the rear patio garden furniture adjacent to a medium size garden with its flowers, grapevines and lemon trees. So relaxing. The apartment was serviced regularly and again to an extremely high standard. This B&B is conveniently situated for Nettuno town centre with the train station a 10 minute walk away. Rome was only 1hour away by train. A big thank you to the owners (Andreas and Sean) for making our stay a most memorable one for all the right reasons.

Die Wohnung von Andrea und Sean ist überdurchschnittlich sauber und mit ihrem kleinen Garten einfach traumhaft! Die Eigentümer sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich, sprechen fließend Englisch und Italienisch. Wir haben ausnahmslos alles erklärt bekommen und konnten auch jederzeit per WhatsApp Fragen stellen. Die beiden haben sehr gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, von der Zahnbürste bis zum Waschmittel! Das Frühstück was jeden Morgen gebracht wird ist ausgezeichnet und der Kuchen von Andreas Schwester schmeckt hervorragend. Diese Unterkunft ist die beste Adresse die wir je hatten! Vielen, vielen Dank Andrea und Sean für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

We stayed here at the start of June this year and had the most amazing time to celebrate our 1st year wedding anniversary. We stayed in Rome for a few nights beforehand and then carried on to Nettuno, the train was very easy and cheap to use and only an hour away. In hindsight, we would have stayed in Nettuno instead of Rome to do day trips to Rome as the hosts were happy to be tour guides around Rome which would have been great as they are fluent in Italian and English. The hosts were easy to communicate with over booking.com and met us at the train station which was a very easy walking distance to the BnB. The hosts Andrea and Sean couldn't do enough for us while we were there which made this holiday so fantastic. Excellent facilities in the BnB and all renovated in a nice modern way. We were served a lovely mix of food for breakfast every morning and then the place was cleaned while we were out exploring the beach and other top tourist spots around the area. There are cooking facilities in the BnB but with there being so many delicious and cheap restaurants to eat at, we couldn't help but eat out. There are also some supermarkets to get your own food and lovely cocktail bars to sit outside and admire the views of the beautiful rustic town and sea. Andrea and Sean guided us through Nettuno which made it so helpful to start off the holiday and they even took us to some local vineyards and wine tasting. The relaxing beach days mixed in with sight seeing in Rome makes Nettuno the most perfect holiday and these brilliant hosts are why we will be coming back again in the future.
