Wonderful stay with gracious hosts. Excellent dinner.

I was doing a bike tour, and left my sandwich in the fridge when I departed. The hosts kindly sent it along with my baggage. When i arrived in Matera at the end of that day, i ate it immediately and it tasted great. They didn't have to do that!

It's a beautiful property surrounded by vineyards, with clean, comfortable accommodation complimented by superb hospitality. Room was large and well equipped. The homemade breakfast was delightful. I highly recommend this to travellers seeking a relaxing, enjoyable stay away from high traffic, but still very near to Castel del Monte. GRAZIE! 🙂

Travelling with Italian friends in June 2021, each and everyone enjoyed the warm hospitality and superb location. Dinner was of exquisite quality, even for high Apulian standards, rich in home-grown products, and breakfast was a feast. Perfect rooms. Plus, the young son of the family knows literally everything about local culture! ||Stepping out of your independent room, we had Castel del Monte (2km) casting its spell. Illuminated at night. Ai Pilieri di Bagnoli, a memorable place to stay - ||and to return to!

😊: Owvner very helpful, even though with our limited italian we had to communicate through google translate.
She had let us know by email that the restaurant next door was shut for an event during the one night of our stay, but we did not see it as we we had limited email access.
Wifi did not work the night we were there but she would have let us use her connection if it was urgent.
The restaurant next door was very helpful to two very tired and hungry cyclists and provided us some delicious food even though they were not open. Not to be expected but we were very greatful.
Vending machine for snacks in relaxation room.

Really fun overnight at this agro-tourisimo on our bike trip around Puglia. The rooms were great and the food was amazing! Highly recommend.

We arrived here at the end of a long day cycling. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was so nice and the meals they served for both dinner and breakfast the following, were tasty and hearty.
