Clean shower houses. Very organized park. All the staff are nice and helpful. A lot of activities in the park on the weekends. Tennis courts are always full. RV sites are clean and well maintained. The rv site I had was all concrete and had a patio. Tons of ducks and iguanas.

Site 53 - ADA. Level concrete pads. Clean bathrooms. Laundry facilities. Lots of activities with the park. Close to shopping (Walmart) and dining.

Our second visit there in the past 8 months. We like it there. Only wish that campers w/ dogs would pick up their dogs' waste?

This park is amazing. The walking trails and so great! It has a few negatives but the positives out way for sure!! We have a 40ft fifth wheel that was a bit of a challenge to get into the spot but worth it for sure. It’s very clean! On the weekends getting in the gate though is awful. You get a tag when you check in so you don’t have pay at the gate but you have to wait in the same line. Hope they can do something about this in the future. It was very safe and quiet. You do hear some sirens once in awhile but where don’t you anymore. We will definitely be back.

The campground is inside, yet separate from the beautiful CB Smith Park which has lakes that have bike/walking paths around them. It’s easy and safe to walk to all of the amenities in the park. Lots of beautiful old tree and great shade. I need to give a shout out to a sweet professional and VERY competent young lady In the park office named Dimple. She is a class act! She listened to our needs and was super helpful. Another shout out to whomever cleans the restrooms/bathhouses. WOW! There were no bugs, cobwebs or smears anywhere. Clean from floor to ceiling! The only thing the park could do to improve in our opinion is hold pet owners
more accountable for cleaning up after their pets, or assign someone the job to do it. Gross.
